Our client, a world’s leading toy and baby products retailer, seeks an accomplished Marketplace Coordinator.

Responsible for working with our e-commerce marketplace partners to ensure sites are working properly to deliver on the goal of adding incremental revenue and acquiring new customers.
Execute communication to 3rd party vendors on performance.
Produce regular & ad-hoc reporting to assist business needs.
Document and share feedback on process needs or pain points in development lifecycle – with the goal of informing process improvement.
Participate in and maintain functional relationships with key internal and 3rd party partners. Follow process guidelines established to facilitate communication.
Collaborate and share with team any communication provided by 3rd party vendors.
Implement plans as directed by team and contribute information such as competitive analysis, key performance indicators & industry best practices for strategic planning.
Review all marketplace storefronts for current promotions, performance, listing, and overall layout (30%
Participate in weekly marketplace daily deal submission process (30%
Review weekly Roto file and identify promotions to be shared with marketplaces (20%
Prepare weekly product promotions for all marketplaces (20%

Need someone with above proficient in excel (such as vlookups and pivot table) experience, if possible and some Access experience.
