Job Description :
Sr. Program Manager having prior experience in the financial services industry supporting digital banking strategies and initiatives. This leadership role will be responsible for initiating, planning and managing the work of project managers and project teams on enterprise scale programs and projects. Additionally, to collaborate effectively with IT and business units to develop solution roadmaps that outline the delivery of capability for the organization through IT programs. The ideal Sr. Program Manager (Digital Banking) for this position is disciplined, highly-organized, results-oriented and possessing the skills and experience necessary to:
Function as a single point of contact for the program and the associated project technology deliverables across all impacted areas.
Collaborate directly and effectively with Business Executives Sponsors, their respective leadership teams and the Portfolio Managers regarding the delivery of solutions that support corporate initiatives.
Deliver strategic programs and technology projects by leading cross-functional delivery teams, managing budgets, and delivering against timelines.
Direct/facilitate the definition of program scope supporting enterprise program/project objectives and deliverables including digital transformation initiative.
Develop and maintain overall Program including performance, schedule and resource planning, delivery, readiness and adherence to controls. Direct financial accountability for program budgets.
Monitor strategic program and project results to provide effective solutions to issues and problems.
Demonstrate proficiency in the identification, assessment and mitigation of program risks including their ongoing monitoring. Able to present transparent reporting defining remediation progress, problems and solutions to management and stakeholders.
Build a high performing team through strong communication, team involvement, talent development and effective leadership.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in program/project management processes, methodologies and tools, resource and change management practices and techniques or other directly related experience.
Experience in the financial services industry; Consumer and/or Commercial Banking strongly desired.
Must have experience in program management of digital banking channels and product initiatives.
Experience with digital marketing, customer engagement technologies or customer relationship management solutions a plus.
Requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
