Sr. Automation Engineer with SCCM

ITSM project integrating ServiceNow / SCCM for a Role and Profile Project
This is not an Admin position. This is an engineer tasked with writing code for systems automation.
This automation / integration engineer will possess the programming skills in PowerShell + experience with development in the area of Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager The successful candidate will bring a wide breadth of technical knowledge, demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability, show a track record of delivering efficiency in a global multicultural environment as well as the developer and analytical skills to support our financial customer''s ITSM, ServiceNow integration strategy.
Create, from scratch, automation by writing PowerShell scripts that will collect data and perform orchestrated actions with & within ServiceNow
Very strong SCCM (Highly desirable
Needs to get underneath the hood of PowerShell & SCCM (request candidate to describe a situation where they had to develop a situation, or automated task, that was NOT pre-built)
Account provisioning
Document Standard Operating Procedures
Required Skills:
- Expert scripting experience with PowerShell
- Expert SCCM experience (highly desirable)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills that match the customer''s culture
- MUST be able to work independently
- Self-starter
Preferred, but not required:
- Previous SCCM , PowerShell + ServiceNow integration project experience
- PowerCLI experience
- PowerCLI - Windows PowerShell interface for managing VMware vSphere. VMware describes PowerCLI as "a powerful command-line tool that lets you automate all aspects of vSphere management, including network, storage, VM etc)
- Linux based scripting
