Senior Level - Palo Alto Networks Certified EngineerFirewall and Traps experience required (CISSP, other security certifications are a plus)

Scope
a. Firewall architecture, environment, and configuration audit
b. Configuration and Rules Migration
c. Establish Best Practices for Rules Migration and Configuration, Review with the District, and implement a standard policy
d. Delivery and Installation of Hardware (Firewalls and Transceivers)
e. Firewall After-hours cutover
f. Post-implementation support and optimization
g. At least (2) Onsite Training Sessions held at a location to be decided post Purchase Order Issuance.
h. (5) Years enterprise warranty and premium plus support for the firewalls and licenses, and associated features included as part of the scope.
i. (6) Months Full-time Dedicated On-site Project Manager that will oversee the Palo Alto AND Array Networks Implementation
j. (6) Months Full-time Dedicated Resident Firewall Engineer for Palo Alto Firewall implementation only
k. Incorporate all services and licenses on District’s existing instance of Panorama

Hardware
14 Palo Alto PA-5250 Firewalls (7 sites, all in LA)
PAN Traps for 25000 end points
Array Networks load balancers

The combined team will need to deliver the following:
Provide Project Management Services (Develop Project Plan, Coordinate Implementation, Provide Weekly Status Reports, Conduct Weekly Project Meetings)
Provide Resident Engineering Services (PAN ONLY)
Provide Firewall environment and configuration audit
Deliver and install firewall equipment
Deliver registration and licensing
Provide NAT and security policy configurations
Provide dynamic updates
Provide Management configurations
Provide Interface configurations
Provide software updates
Provide knowledge transfer and training to college staff
Provide Configuration and Rules Migration
Perform Cutover
Post-implementation support and optimization

Customer will be responsible for the following:
Identify proposed location of equipment and oversee installation/configuration
Provide adequate rack space and power to meet firewall equipment requirements
Provide a site survey if necessary for vendor to assess the environment
Develop test plan
Perform backup (to roll back to previous PAN OS, if necessary)
Provide vendors with the number of devices to be covered with firewall protection, including PCs, laptops, and servers. (approx. 25,000 devices)
Coordinate with vendor to configure equipment on college IT network
Perform testing on equipment and communicate test results
Attend status meetings and provide updates as required
