.Net Developer(Best45/hr on W2)
Duration -Minimum of 6 months

Job Summary:
Reporting to the IT Manager or Director, the IT Software Engineer is responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing software programming applications. The IT Software Engineer will also support and/or install software applications, conduct testing and analysis, and certification of software.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs problem analysis and system design utilizing a good understanding of business system functions and requirements.
Develops and maintains integration programs and processes across systems
Designs, enhances, develops all tiers of applications, user interfaces and business services.
Designs and implements technical solutions using best practices and standards, following Cubic’s standard development methodology.
Responsible for debugging programs, including assessing the severity of problems, determining corrective action, resolving technical problems, and implementing solutions.
Produces detailed requirements, specifications, 3rd tier application technical guidance and user documentation.
Leads small applications development projects, interfacing with the business customer through the lifecycle
Prepares test data, plans and testing procedures. Tests and debugs applications, resolving software defects.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field such as computer science, business information management, computer engineering. Minimum of two years of experience as a Software engineer or developer
Strong organizational and analysis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deep in the technology that is utilized in group NET, Java, C# etc Experience with a Software Development Lifecycle including Agile. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Multi-task, and deliver results within the required timeframe.
