This role will be part of a fast paced, dynamic Data team organized using Agile Scrum methodologies. We are seeking an individual who can be a thought leader and drive towards defining how we develop and test quality software, rapidly. This position will contribute and help drive the definition and movement towards scaling Data Visualization, Data Virtualization, ETL Development and our data delivery best practices and tool sets.
You will develop and maintain data warehouse structures, system processes, workflows, and analysis in support of the company’s business line requests and requirements. This role will provide support to the Data Warehouse team and several business lines identified with high priority data needs, including but not limited to Corporate Finance, Credit, Marketing and IT management for ad-hoc and recurring analysis. Other key responsibilities include educating end users on how to use Data Warehouse structures and resources. This will include developing user documentation, scheduling meetings to discuss key topics, and responding to questions from end users.
Qualifications:
The ideal Senior candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL, Integration Services, data warehouse methodologies, data modeling strategies, fact table creation, data catalogs, data marts and experience with one or more reporting tools (SSRS with occasional Business Objects use
Must demonstrate knowledge of data warehouse architecture, source to target specifications, prototyping data sets (structured and unstructured), process analysis, and critical thinking skills.
The position also requires performing in depth ad-hoc data analysis and the ability to organize, integrate, and analyze large amounts of data both for operational support as well as for quality assurance and solution design purposes.
Required Experience includes:
o Mentoring and developing using ETL Tools; Microsoft SQL; Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS); and Ability to write SQL queries, build table structures and generate reports.
Preferred Experience would include:
o BI & Data Visualization Tools; Financial Services Industry Experience; Big Data Platforms; Business Objects; Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC); and Agile Methodology. Proficiency with the Microsoft stack is a plus.
Required Skills:
SQL Server - Expert

Proficiency with Data Modeling
Relational Database experience
Experience with troubleshooting Data Issues.
