Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical documentation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and monitoring capacity and performance of the Archer eGRC platform.
Configuration and optimization of the eGRC solution, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Automate data collection instruments and coordinate the development of data interfaces with other systems.
Participate in software upgrades for the eGRC platform.
Collaborate with business customers in applying process and functional requirements to application design modifications.
What does a typical work day look like?
Day-to-day assignments will include meetings with project team members and business partners, converting business requirements to technical solutions, working with infrastructure resources, creating testing scenarios and partnering with the QA team to execute, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
Project Description:
The role is responsible for administering and maintaining the Client’s Archer eGRC environment.
This position is contributing to the planning, analysis, maintenance, modification, installation, testing, promotion and configuration of the Archer eGRC platform.
This role helps with interpreting the business, functional, process and customer requirements and assists with analyzing and designing the technical solution.
Required Skills (and years of experience):
4-5 years of experience working in a technology organization within a fast paced, innovative, technology driven environment ideally in a regulated industry
Previous experience in customer support, computer operations, system administration, or another related area
Familiarity with most basic system administration tools and processes
Significant experience with PCI DSS, ISO27001/2, HIPAA/ HITRUST, SOX, SSAE 16 SOC1 & 2, etc.
Experience supporting, configuring and/or customizing RSA Archer 5.x is a plus
Good project management skills
Capable multi-tasker who can drive projects to completion while effectively collaborating and working across business and technical team resulting in high-functioning effective partnerships
Solid follow-up, strong delivery focus, positive attitude and collaborative style
Preferred Skills:
RSA Archer Certified Administrator (CA) certification is strongly desired
CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC certification is preferred
Required Soft Skills:
Capable of managing simultaneous work efforts as well as of maintaining good working relationships with business partners and technical peers
Education Requirement:
Bachelor''s Degree
Performance will be measured based on their effectiveness of executing on the requirements of the role within IT, ability to partner and collaborate/communicate with vendor teams and the business, and adhering to deliverable''s and timelines.
