JOB DESCRIPTION:
10-15+yrs IT enterprise Project Management experience
Undergrad or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Business or related field experience
Computer application analysis and implementation experience is a must. Coordinating multiple internal functional departments with external/vendor teams
Excellent customer service, decision making and analytical skills
Proficiency with MS Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SharePoint, O365
Ability to work independently, keeping track of a number of continuing problems, requests, and projects.
As an essential function of this position, the Sr. IT PM be able to handle stress satisfactorily and be congenial with other employees and customers at all times
Experience with high profile Infrastructure and SDLC related global IT projects presenting to Sr. VP and C-Level staff
Prioritizes and balances time, actions, resources and initiatives to ensure achievement of milestones; Aligns cross functional self and team priorities based on changing needs
Use proven leadership techniques and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships to complete project tasks
Computer application Project Manager Experience coordinating multiple internal functional departments with external/vendor teams
This position will drive project management best practices to cover all aspects of these projects and have full visibility and support of upper management
Engaged with multiple projects with requiring Gate/Governance processes for various stages of projects
Develop and manage reporting metrics
Infrastructure Project Management experience from a functional perspective
Experience managing execution of programs and projects within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies
Seeks opportunities to learn from new discoveries, innovations, ideas and ways of looking at things; readily and resourcefully adapts to changing needs, conditions, priorities and opportunities.
Anticipates and addresses obstacles, redirecting efforts to accelerate work or improve quality while achieving results in a timely manner; Surfaces problems, issues and solutions with speed and accuracy; holds self and team accountable for outcome
Has advanced understanding of project and program management, PMBOK comprehensive knowledge of project management methodology and SDLC. Has knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill.
Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work. Capable of reaching out to others for instruction, guidance and direction
Maintains project status for multiple projects which includes various department/company tools
Develops competence in own area by performing routine work
