Job Description :
Administrative Specialist @ Orlando, FL.

Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years of related secretarial/administrative experience.
Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Familiarly with J. D. Edwards Enterprise One or equivalent Accounting Management System. Capable of following directions, and planning of daily activities.
Ability to work effectively with others in a group environment.
Good written / verbal communication skills.
Required Work Practices and Abilities: Customer Service Skills.
Ability to Multi-Task effectively. Ability to work with a variety of people in team atmosphere. Must be willing and capable of working some amount of recurring overtime.

Responsibilities: 
General office duties, answer phones, perform general clerical functions.
Maintain files and records for the work area.
Assist in preparing vendor invoices for payment and tracking in Enterprise One. Assist in preparing OUC forms for travel requests, check requests, security, etc.
Assist in completing time entry for Payroll processing.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Compose and/or review to put in final format correspondence, memos and reports. Maintain and Organize existing Multiple Project File System.
Maintain office files, timesheets, etc. File, open and distribute mail. Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Other job duties as directed by supervisor. 

Comments/Special Instructions 
Position will be located in the office of internal audit, 20 hours a week - flexible scheduling based on dept needs to be discussed upon hire.
5 days x 4 hours or 4 days x 5 hours, morning start.

REQUIRED:
Testing on Intermediate level of MS Word and PowerPoint and Basic level on MS Excel.
