Manage and support modules in the Fleet Maintenance (TMT and / or TMW software) and provide implementation support with concentration on Fleet and Maintenance work streams to support the equipment. This position will have an in-depth knowledge of subject matter surrounding current and evolving application solutions, industry standards and best practices, business analysis and project management practices, and root cause analysis. He/she will also work with cross-functional project teams consisting of technical and business unit team members and should have professional level service skills including an ability to communicate, negotiate, elicit and manage requirements, technical change management, and implement processes for the applications which they will manage. The position will be thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects, components of the Fleet Maintenance software and processes. This position will design, develop, test, deploy and maintain data processing solutions, schema, and rules built to enhance the systems. This includes the creation of requirement specifications, coordination of project tasks with the vendor(s) and user groups, the project management for coding changes made to the applications, the testing of completed changes to ensure the business needs are met, and the handling of trouble tickets and operations team support.

Key Responsibilities
Perform as a member of an application support team for the Fleet Maintenance systems users throughout the organization and its partners, with concentration on Fleet and Maintenance operations.
Prepare requirement specifications and test plans for new functions to be developed for the company applications.
Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
Provide project support for development personnel as new functions/processes are designed, written, tested and implemented.
Provide support for various integration touchpoints to ancillary systems in the Fleet/Maintenance departments.
Plan and execute transition tasks for ongoing support for applications. Schedule and coordinate go-live tasks.
Assist systems users with data conversion, data validation, and development of test/UAT scripts.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues reported by end users.
Provide for proactive management and oversight for applications and their support. This includes monitoring of service and performance metrics, incident and root cause analysis. Service and incident communication facilitation, troubleshooting problem areas in collaboration with the service provider, status and value proposition reporting.
Create system documentation for internal use and for end-user reference.
Perform other project management tasks as needed: analysis of product capabilities, coordinate vendor schedules, follow-up commitments, research questions from development groups, propose policy changes, arrange review sessions with technical personnel, troubleshoot project problems.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Department Manager.
Mandatory Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
Training in Project Managing and Planning.
Training in Business Analysis.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Access
Professional Experience:
2-5 years of experience with Fleet Maintenance software is preferred (TMT or TMW
Any prior knowledge in Trimble Software, Telematics Software and/or Command Series is a huge plus.
Any previous experience with Concrete / Production / Construction and etc. is a huge plus.
2-5 years of experience providing application support as well as design and configuration within an enterprise IT environment.
2+ years of experience with related Fleet Management, and/or Equipment Maintenance business processes is preferred.
Strong experience with software testing design and execution including unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
Strong requirements elicitation and management skills.
Highly organized self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision along with working as a team member.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong technical writing skills.
Strong Communication, leadership, facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
