Job Description Candidate should act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Other Responsibilities/Requirements
· 8+ years of experience as Oracle Data base Administrator
· Good experience in Replication and Migration of databases across heterogeneous platforms
· Hand of experience troubleshoot database connectivity, network related Issues and database performance issues & query tuning.
· Experience in instance/database creation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting problems on Oracle DBA
· In-Depth knowledge of database maintenance
· Supported the Database Recovery, Backup, Redirect Restore, Rollforward.
· Understand the requirements, ability to write SQL scripts to implement the database change request.
· Performance tuning skills
· Experience in UNIX shell scripting.
· Good knowledge on ITIL - change, incident, problem management and tools.

Expert in PL/SQL programming and tuning
Expert in SQL tuning
Unix shell scripting
Dataguard standby administration
Impdp and Expdp utilities
RMAN / Database Backups
