Program Manager(consumer facing website/ mobile website)
Experience in managing projects in consumer facing website/ mobile website
Experience in handling Data Management, Integration, Reporting programs
Provides oversight and leadership to programs within the department by implementing, promoting, and sustaining evidenced based and best practice models
- Experience in managing upstream downstream dependencies and driving organizational change management to accommodate moving timelines
Provides oversight to service delivery of Application Development and Maintenance projects
Assists with budget development and manages financial performance of programs to produce optimized bottom lines, to enable support of new program initiatives.
Recruits program staff and address retention and disciplinary action as needed in accordance with HR policy.
Works with TCS BRM and Client Partner to develop, monitor and analyze the overall account performance of the account and develop and monitor quality improvement program goals.
Interfaces and collaborates with Business sponsors, Procurement officers of client .
Creates and implements program development initiatives in collaboration with Director/Associate Director.
Ensures program compliance with accurate and timely weekly, monthly and/or quarterly data collection and submission requirements.
Serves as role model for staff to promote strong work ethic and adherence to model specific approaches.
Ensures that staff provides culturally competent care and maintains sensitivity to and respect for clients' cultural traditions, values, and beliefs.
Leads weekly staff meetings and provides regularly scheduled supervision to Managers and Team Members as assigned consistent with the program model.
Oversees the orientation and onboaring of new employees.
Demonstrates leadership by reinforcing positive behavior and promoting recognition through the use of effective employee evaluations, employee appreciation, effective hiring practices, and accountability.
