Job Description
:
Role : Desktop Support Analyst
Lovation : Columbus, OH
Emp Type : Permanent Job
Interview : Phone/Skype
Note:
Working Days - Monday to Thursday (4 days / week)
Work Time : 4PM to 2AM EST

40% - Supports client software.
30% - Supports hardware break/fix
10% - Supports new hire process
5% - Supports termination process
5% - Supports mobile devices
5% - Supports office moves
5% - Creation of process and technical support documentation
Required Skills, Experience :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Familiar with Mac OS X and Apple hardware
Working knowledge of iOS and Android based devices
Experience with software deployment tools
Experience with inventory management systems
Understanding of client/server applications.
Understanding of basic network fundamentals
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting desktop software, hardware products and problem solving/troubleshooting.
Ability to lift 50 pounds
