"KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop XQuery, Javascript and REST modules on the Marklogic technology stack
Utilize the Marklogic library to support GRC initiatives
Mandatory Skills:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of MarkLogic development and overall 7+ years in IT. Multiple years of experience in large-scale projects in requirements analysis, design of MarkLogic applications and in performance optimization of queries. Some experience in administration of MarkLogic server. Production support experience. Extensive experience in database or some experience in other NOSQL technologies is nice to have.
Development tools & skills: Experience in design and development of web applications, Rest APIs using SOA principles and W3C standards. Hands on ability to code in XQuery/XPath, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, XML, XSLT, JSON, Linux shell scripting, and regular expressions. Must have a good understanding of data integration, HA/DR and data governance concepts. Must have a strong understanding of MarkLogic Server security model, clustering and caching, indexing, search, configuration and monitoring. Must have a good understanding of MarkLogic libraries and tools: CPF, temporal, semantics, MLCP, CoRB, Roxy, plus interaction via client layer XCC and working with schemas. Experience with JDBC, SQL, SPARQL, RDF is nice to have for a lead position.
