Job Description :
"Provide On-call support for Multiple Banking applications of same group from Level-3 Scope.
- Contribute by analyzing, troubleshooting/support of Java Applications on Linux platform, Oracle queries and Webpage Interactions.

- Responsibilities include Application incident analysis, guidance for monitoring, root cause analysis, technical code research, break fix suggestions, Implementation and documentation.
- Take/Suggest needed actions to reduce/avoid Customer/Organization
- Impacts with involvement of relevant teams and tools.
- Work with business partners to prioritize Incident and Problem Management activities.
- Work closely with projects to ensure smooth transition to support and provide proactive Monitoring suggestions for tools used by Support teams.

- Provide SME support to projects and team members as needed in due course of Time.
- Day to day work involves using Tool for logging Incident/resolutions.
- Perform/coordinate activities with Offshore team members using various communication channels.
- Involving in discussions for Change planning and performing the requested task during change implementation.
- Good understanding of the Retail Banking functions & Payment options would help.
- Good Communication skills
