Job Description :
"Provide On-call support for Multiple Banking applications of same group from Level-3 Scope.
Contribute by analyzing, troubleshooting/support of Java Applications on Linux platform, Informatica ETL flows (for Some Applications), Oracle queries.
Responsibilities include Application incident analysis, guidance for monitoring, root cause analysis, technical code research, break fix suggestions, Implementation and documentation.
Take/Suggest needed actions to reduce/avoid Customer/Organization
Impacts with involvement of relevant teams and tools.
Work with business partners to prioritize Incident and Problem Management activities.
Work closely with projects to ensure smooth transition to support and provide proactive Monitoring suggestions for tools used by Support teams.
Provide SME support to projects and team members as needed in due course of Time.
Day to day work involves using Tool for logging Incident/resolutions.
Perform/coordinate activities with Offshore team members using various communication channels.
Involving in discussions for Change planning and performing the requested task during change implementation.
