Sr. Architect
10+ years experience
8+ years of .net expertise (Design and Development)
Architecture/design experience in .NET and Java environments (should be comfortable with migrating from .Net to Java)
Experience with using APIs at multiple levels
Hands on experience with setting up and deploying to app servers such as Tomcat or IIS.
Solid front-end (HTML/Javascript) experience
Strong Continuous Development/Continuous Integration experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers and maintained across several
major/minor releases.
Knowledge and implementer of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, test automation, and operations.
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
Troubleshoot problems of a complex nature.
Experience with web services and distributed systems
Mastery of .Net applications, C
Experience with using RDBMS, in particular MS SQL Server.
Advanced knowledge of web programming technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM or XP.
Experience with DevOps - building and deploying applications through Production environments; the ability to implement systems that follow a Continuous Integration/Continuous Development model
Experience with IIS server configuration and Windows batch scripting
Experience leading teams; proven ability to mentor engineers
Experience with a distributed team model, including successful consensus-building.
