Production Engineer

Must have: Good knowledge of project development methodology like Waterfall or Agile. Core Java, JavaEE, JBoss EAP, Spring (Core, Data, JPA, Integration, AOP, Security, Batch)
Nice to have: JUnit, JMeter, JIRA, Confluence, Remedy
Job Level Specific Duties
Understand the Designs and technology solutions through modeling and applying standard architecture methodologies.
Ability to write optimized code, high performance code, bug free code and requirements traceability.
Understands and interprets requirements by probing for information, facilitating consensus building, and synthesizing and translating ideas into actionable requirements
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of Priority 1 and 2 incidents or other problems as reasonably requested by Customer
Skills
Understanding of at least one architecture specialization (e.g. Solution, Business, Information, or Infrastructure Architecture
Understanding of foundational architectural concepts (design, business technology strategy, quality management, human dynamics, and IT environment)
Familiarity with Ticketing Systems, Support, Estimation/Solution, and Customer coordination
Must be able to work on the JAVA code independently with minimal oversight.
Owns the work assigned and completes the tasks with utmost quality and schedule adherence.
MUST HAVES MUST BE CLEARLY LISTED ON RESUME OR WILL BE REJECTED:
2-5 YEARS • Support end users with great customer service and efficient resolution and/or ticket assignment
Experience with Ticketing Tools like Service Now, BMC Remedy, or Similar
Adherence to PE processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
