Title: Desktop Support
Location: Cincinniti, OH
Type: Full Time [Permanent]
Visa: USC, GC Only

Roles and Responsibilities
- Are trained in and at the appropriate level of experience for the technologies and products being Supported;
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Help Desk agent role;
- Can speak clearly, communicate effectively, read, and write in English; and
- Maintain effective oral and written communication skills and a customer focused attitude (e.g., correct, polite, helpful, service oriented, and understanding
- Handle calls
- Document and resolve calls using Knowledge base
- Contribute to Knowledge base
- Follow documented process for ticket handling
- Escalte calls to resolver groups as defined
- Need to work in a 24 X7 environment
