Role- SAP HYBRIS BILLING SPECIALIST CTH

Position Summary
Expertise in various Hybris billing components- CRM- Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing
Ability to map the Subscription business process in Hybris Billing components and bring awareness to the Business & IT teams on the functionality of each of Hybris components
Expertise in Credit card processing, Periodic Billing processes
Works closely with Business Partners, Business Relationship Managers, Cross-Functional IT team members to gain insight into Business problems/requirements.
Performs thorough due diligence, fit gap analysis and propose optimal solution(s) to table the Business requirements in the appropriate system
Provides functional/configuration expertise in the design, support and enhancement of SAP.
Experience in other core SAP Business suite- SD, MM, PS & FICO.


Primary Duties / Responsibilities
Conceptualize, articulate and work on Hybris Solution by mapping various Subscription based Business use cases
Ensure configuration and development areas within CRM to enable Subscription Order management flow
Build charge plans, price plans in accordance with Business requirement and design the solution in CC/CI
Ability to articulate the interface of Hybris with Non-SAP CRM and engage in technical discussions with SAP & Development team
Ability to articulate best practices in a given functionality in terms of current capabilities of a system and how new features can be enabled
Ability to understand various deliverables and milestones within a Project Life Cycle and take accountability of delivering them on time
Engage business partners in evaluating opportunities for process improvement and system improvements.
Participate in workshops during Blueprint phase and in requirement gathering phase.
Provide High Level Design document, Functional specification document in accordance with WRICEF model
Play key team member role in creation of test scripts, functional testing, according to test plans and procedures, and documentation of test results. Collaborate with QA team to ensure all test cases meet the testing needs.
Communicate & Collaborate with the team members in Ft. Lauderdale & Bangalore to provide / arrive at a scalable solution to a business problem.
Determine potential impact and provide recommendations for data and systems resulting from projects, enhancements, and production support. Perform in-depth data analysis and provide recommendations for resolution for data integrity issues.
Own resolution of data discrepancies.
Maintain documentation in support of regulatory controls and perform periodic reviews of same.
Perform continuous reviews to align processes (for example, models, goals, expectations) with changing business conditions.
Work with Internal & External Audit team as and when need arises
Independently perform or lead application systems configuration and advise team members when support is required.
Perform tasks as assigned by senior systems analysts or by Reporting Manager.
Work closely with architects and other analysts to ensure process consistency and techniques across assigned processes and systems.
Escalate to Reporting Manager on potential revenue impacting or customer satisfaction related issues on a timely manner
Be willing to explore in different forums like SCN, ASUG etc to find best possible Industry Standard Solution to a given Business problem
Show process stakeholders how to identify and solve process challenges by simulating different scenarios and analyzing performance metrics through advanced optimization techniques.
Create and evaluate complex technical requirements in line with functional specifications from end-users; document key issues; present alternatives.
Communicate project and status updates to business and IT managers proactively on a regular basis.


Qualifications (include knowledge, skills, abilities, and related work experience)
Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end SAP implementation of which at least 1-2 years in Hybris Billing and its associated components
