Skill –JIRA Admin
Location – New York, NY
As the IT Application Administrator, you will be responsible for the operation, enhancement, maintenance, and championing of the internal applications (Jira and other Atlassian products, etc across SDLC. The Application Administrator works under moderate direction of the Senior Manager, PMO from SSK side.
Primary Responsibilities
Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite
Create comprehensive JIRA workflows (with conditions, validators, and post functions), screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
Design & manage complex Jira/Confluence queries, dashboards for operational/performance reporting metrics and status reports
Devise, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal systems
Promote adoption and best practices among the system user community and conduct user-training and help-sessions for new features or implementations
Gather requirements from users, propose solutions that meet business needs, and deliver agreed upon solution
All other duties as assigned.
