In Depth Knowledge on Workforce Management Products with working experience on multiple packages
Specialized Knowledge on One Package Should Also Suffice
Strong Solution led Consulting Capabilities to drive Package evaluation and Roadmap definitions exercises for Workforce Programs
Should have strong Labour Modelling, Labour Management, Labour Cost Optimization Process understanding
Must Have Skills:
JDA and KRONOS with Implementation Experience
