Job Description :
-10+ years of relevant experience or combination of education and work experience. (ideal candidate will have global telecommunications consulting background and/or phone carrier i.e AT&T, Verizon, etc)
-Extensive knowledge of communication protocols, hardware, and operating system programming. (Hardware: Avaya (Including strong AAEP and Context Store experience), Cisco, Skype for business - VOIP protocols: g.729, g.711, g.722, SIP, TDM OS: RedHat Linux, windows) Prefer SQL experience.
-Must be able to communicate strategic and operational application of telecommunication voice systems to senior leadership.
-Ability to take learned knowledge of infrastructure and networks and apply to global telecommunication voicesolutions.
-Anticipates, troubleshoots and resolves the most complex of issues.
-Thorough knowledge of network systems design, requirements, and operations.
-Ability to manage large projects and direct others.
