Job Description :
Position: Account Manager

Client : SoftHQ

Location: Sandiego, CA

Rate: $15/hr ON W2

Responsibilities
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and contacts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
Ensure efficient application of service, controlling costs and output cost metrics for client
Prepare and communicate progress of monthly initiatives and performance reports.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Identify and grow opportunities within territory
Delegate and manage supervised staff as needed and appropriate to meet client needs
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
Flexibility and Team Player attitude is a must. Willingness to jump quickly to aid the team.
True Interest in helping Clients and alleviating their problems.
Experience as an Account manager or other relevant experience is a plus.
Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience with CRM software and MS Office, G-Suite
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
