Oracle Warehouse Management Lead
Location: National - can be based anywhere in US, but preferably near one of our offices.
Weekly Travel to Lewisville, TX & Lewistown, PA
Fulltime Position

Responsibilities include configuring Oracle Warehouse Management and related modules to meet client’s needs, project execution, and serving as a knowledge source for Oracle Warehouse Management opportunities. As a functional Oracle Sr. Consultant/Manager, you will work with our clients to set up Oracle where Oracle Warehouse Management is needed.

Qualifications
Required
Oracle module and configuration experience: Oracle Warehouse Management, Distributed Warehouse Management, Inventory Management and WIP experience is a plus
Experience with warehouse re-design/layout optimization a strong plus
Experience with integration of automatic retrieval systems, carousels, pick-to-light, etc. a strong plus
Oracle Applications Implementation, configuration, and/or support experience
2 plus years of end-user experience with Oracle Warehouse Management including day-to-day operations and optimization/customizations
3 or more Oracle engagements with experience being directly responsible for configuring Oracle Warehouse Management with Mobile Supply Chain Applications
Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project and Visio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Additional Skills

Two or more years’ experience as a supervisor or manager in a warehouse or distribution center that used either Oracle WMS, or one of the following warehouse management systems: High Jump, Manhattan, Provia, Red Prairie or SAP
Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy
Lead consulting skills: manage a team of 3 to 5 consultants on a daily basis through define, design, development, transition, and go live project stages, report issues/risks to Project Manager, provide weekly status reports for the team, and conduct daily team status meetings
Travel

Regular and expeditious travel throughout the United States
Available to be stationed at and work from an out-of-town client site for an extended period of time
