Client is currently looking for an IT SAP Functional Analyst-Level 2 to support the CRM area. The IT CRM SAP Functional Analyst-Level 2 is responsible for providing first line technical support to business units and for assisting with the collection, analysis, and documentation of a client''s business requirements to support the delivery of projects and minor/major releases. The IT CRM SAP Functional Analyst II collaborates with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies. The IT CRM SAP Functional Analyst II supports several moderately complex business processes and demonstrates an informed knowledge of a business area to resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CRM gathering requirements, including configuring and customizing in CRM Service
Minimum 3 years of SAP CRM experience in a Fortune 1000 or like enterprise
Minimum 1 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions
Experience managing user requests, inquiries and troubleshooting problems in an Enterprise Systems landscape, and acting as 2nd level support to users
ABAP experience with ability to debug, preferred
Experienced bringing different areas of CRM together through the integration of SAP’s (BW, ECC, Event Manager, mobile platform) and the SAP ERP software solutions, preferred
SAP certification(s), preferred
