Job Responsibilities:
- Define reporting and alerting requirements. Create and maintain KPI’s and Scorecards across multiple departments or functions.
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Strong analytical skills with proven record of synthesizing large amounts of structured and unstructured data into easy to understand insights tailored for all relevant audiences’ to solve business problems
- Passion for identifying the root cause of problems, and an ability to identify, propose, and recommend innovative solutions to diverse stakeholders
- Proven record of maintaining a global perspective - seeing beyond current issues in order to understand downstream impacts of decisions and direction
- Broad-minded, with scrupulous attention to detail and desire for end-to-end ownership of deliverables
- Strong business acumen and consumer focus with demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically, with a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues
- Able to work effectively on data that can be ambiguous within a fast changing environment, adapting to tight deadlines and priority changes
- Experience and familiarity with the contact center environment is preferable
- Able to turn statistical and computational analysis into user-friendly graphs, charts and animation.
- Able to use visual media to deliver key messages.
- Tracks, maintains and produces regular and ad hoc reports.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years work experience with:
- Data Analysis, Business Case Development, Metrics and Reporting-Excel, Crystal, PowerPoint and MS Query
