SFDC Service Cloud Technical Architect

Salesforce.com Technical Architect shall be responsible for analyzing, designing and delivering CRM & Force.com based cloud solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.

Responsibilities:
Design key technical components of the solution and helps direct the technical resources to develop and deliver the project deliverables.
Uncover design issues early in the project lifecycle, shares implementation best practices, and recommends solution alternatives.
Conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones.
The Technical Architect must have strong technical background with in-depth SalesForce expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightening)
Must be proficient in SalesForce object data model, building custom solutions on the Force.com platform, as well as integration of SalesForce with other applications using multiple integration patterns such as SOAP/REST web services, APIs, batch processes, connectors, middleware etc.
Must be able to architect the solution from a technical perspective and validate that the proposed technical architecture can be implemented successfully.
Must have experience working with middleware applications such as Mulesoft, Cast Iron or other similar applications.
Must work in conjunction with client technical architects to define and document the technical design document and help build consensus around the solution.
Must possess reasonable technical knowledge of other applications/technologies to be able to provide vision of the end CRM solution.
Must be able to guide and provide oversight to technical teams around the solution as well as review their technical design.
Must be able to lead POC (proof of concept) to verify feasibility of a proposed technical solution and lead offshore development leads to ensure project is delivered within expected timeline
Must design large scale technically complex solutions as well as provides technical oversight and reviews technical designs for customization, data migrations and integrations.
Have the ability to jump in and perform code/configuration updates if needed
Should be easy to work with in a team setting and be able to prioritize work for him/herself as well as offshore team while keeping client delivery in mind

Qualifications
Requirements
10+ years project experience in a hands on technical leadership position
6+ years of experience with SalesForce in a development capacity and leading offshore development teams
Expert at Salesforce OOTB best practices as well as Apex and Visualforce
Knowledge of SalesForce integration patterns and experience with CTI (Cisco preferred)
Hands-on experience with minimum of 2 large/complex SalesForce implementations (Service Cloud/ Sales cloud /Marketing Cloud)
6+ years of direct consulting experience with client-facing experience
Expertise at enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools (Demand Tools, Data Stage, Informatica, Cast Iron, etc
Required Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Advanced Developer, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
