MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in PEGA as a Tech Lead – Leveraging PEGA effectively for complex business scenarios aligned with industry standards
Should have working knowledge on Case management, Data Modeling, Activities, Flows, UIs rules, Harness, Sections, Portals, Local Action, Flow Action, Data Transform, Correspondence, Rule Inspector, properties types, validation rules
Should have working knowledge on Reports (Report-Definition, List and Summary View) and Dashboard.
Must have knowledge on decision and declarative rules, Email/ File listeners.
Must know how to Execute / run DB Tracer and Clipboard.
Must have working knowledge on Access Group, Class Group, Access Roles, Privileges, setting up SLA, Work list, Workbasket, and Change in Access roles.
Should have knowledge on Rule Availability Concepts.
Should have knowledge on circumstancing/ specialization.
Should have knowledge on Page List, Page Group, Value Group & Value list.
Must have working knowledge on Rule Versioning, Rule Set.
Must have working knowledge on Designer Studio.
Should have knowledge on Pega Guiderails.
PEGA certification CSA / CSSA
Experience in providing performance recommendations
Appetite to learn other systems in different technologies (Mainframe, .Net)
Good to have:
PEGA LSA certification
Experienced in or Knowledge of integration of Oracle / DB2
Experienced in or Knowledge of Mainframe, COBOL, DB2
Experienced in or knowledge of Agile and DEVOPS Methodologies
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead PEGA side of development for customer and TCS
Understand the system and take ownership of PEGA implementation
Active participation in Agile ceremonies
Conduct technical assessments as a part of proof-of-concept activity.
Ensure proper interpretation of the customer’s objectives
Provide recommendations on the Development approach
Recommend best practices and audit adherences
Mentor others in PEGA development
Participate in discussions with the customer’s subject matter experts.
Work with the application architect to understand the infrastructure components (hardware, software, database, etc and metrics to be monitored.
Coordinate / own test environment setup
Coordinate / own Deployments to higher regions
