Role: SAP MM/PP
Location: NY

Duration : 3 months
Schedule (preferred) 4x10’s,
Client’s situation
Been live on SAP for a few years and feel that they are still not using the system to the most efficient means possible. They run SAP MM, PO, PP, MRP, Capacity Planning and need someone strong in those areas to bring best practice, do some small team training and KT as well as possibly get some action items for their next phase (2018) to make business process adjustments to optimize the system.
Goal 1 – provide knowledge and training to our Planning and Sourcing teams. This is a short time period – we can allocate 6 or 7 weeks (TOPS)

Goal 2 – A deeper dive in Planning. this includes demand planning, capacity planning, and supply planning. Almost all of this process is performed in excel.
