Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Write and execute test plans against specs
Design and grow an overall test framework and help design specs
Conduct functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
Automate test cases using Python and Selenium, ensuring cross-platform and browser compatibility
To increase product quality, design and implement processes or systems
Regular interaction with Product Manager & Engineers to design test plans and automated tests for new and changing features
Inspect and triage customer reported issues
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills – the ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious
Strong programming skills, Python is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of SQL queries
Experience testing various mobile platforms (e.g. iOS, Android) using tools such as Google Testing Cloud, Appium, ADB etc.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment, and tools like Jenkins, TestNG, CircleCI, etc.
Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills to convey technical jargon in a wide-array of syntax
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Redmine, JIRA, or Pivotal)
Nice to have previous work in the transportation space; transit and mobility services
