Job Description :
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the on-time delivery and execution of all assigned optimization plans
Lead the seamless integration and automation of advanced optimization engines into current business and marketing operations
Discover, vet and run optimization experiments to improve KPIs by priority of most scalable / profitable opportunities
Develop process governance to ensure optimization plans are completed with a high degree of precision and accuracy
Work closely with various marketing, strategy and finance teams to understand the intricacies of our operations to identify and implement analyses that can drive efficiency gains and improve the way we communicate with our customers
Proactively manage the business operations optimization project lifecycle
Provide additional insights to Marketing and other business partners through data-mining and deep-dive analysis to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing and business operations
Introduce and integrate process improvements, share expertise with others, mentor and continually strive to improve overall contributions to the department

Education/Certification:

A minimum Master''s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics or a related field
Required Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of Direct Marketing and Optimization Methods (e.g. A/B testing, implementation of contact strategies, etc)
Strong knowledge and demonstrated application of SQL, SAS and Predictive Modeling (data mining skills required)
Strong understanding of SAS Marketing Optimization or comparable
Experience with various CRM solutions
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, macros and v-lookups
Strong background in statistical concepts including heuristic optimization methods, regression, factoring, clustering, decision trees and A/B testing
Experience with various data types (e.g. Relational, unstructured, Hierarchical, etc)
Experience with personalization, testing and targeting platforms
Experience Required:

10+ years of professional experience in marketing optimization, business optimization or comparable
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional and multi-faceted teams strongly preferred
Prior retail experience strongly preferred
