Partner Enablement Manager.

Location: Burlington, MA

Duration: Full Time

We are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager. The Partner Enablement Manager will serve as liaison between client and its partners, to help third parties position client’s services offerings, and (in some cases) to deliver these services themselves.
Through collaboration with client’s teams, the Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for creating and managing partner enablement programs, as well as establishing a process for ongoing support to ensure the success of our channel partners and customers. The Partner Enablement Manager is a highly visible and cross-functional position that reports into the Services organization.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design development and oversight of our Partner onboarding and training programs with regard to delivery of Application Security Services.
Work with client’ Subject Matter Experts to enhance existing content, and create new content as required, including documentation, handouts, training materials, recorded training sessions etc.
Oversee Knowledge Management in coordination with client’s enablement team, including the organization and curation of Services Partner assets.
Engage with Channel Sales in the coordination of the Services Partner Program to ensure alignment of goals.
Schedule and deliver Enablement training to identified Partners.
Support company efforts to improve client’s Partner Enablement (selling)
Work with Services Operations to track training compliance and measure effectiveness
Manage program development, policies and processes regarding delivery of Application Security services, including Program Management, Security Consulting, and Technical Support.
Develop approach for overall management of partner education and certification including on-boarding; assessing current enablement status; resource and practice development planning; building standardized enablement plans and driving the execution of the enablement plan that aligns with client’s teams with a goal of partner success
Create documentation and external communications as required.
Manage internal relationships, including Channel Sales Leadership, Program Management, Services Operations, Engineering, and Product Management.
o Provide support around monthly product release notes.
o Interface with Clients staff around Support issues.
o Measurement of partner and end customer satisfaction
o Evaluate possibility of providing paid Consulting support on a given customer engagement, such as advising on how best to structure/optimize a given program
Facilitate the sharing of bi-directional product feedback:
o Effectively communicate with partners on client’s developments including strategic product roadmaps and new product / feature launches.
o Liaison to Product Management for partner-driven product requirements. Provide the “voice of the partner” in feature prioritization discussions and proactively identify improvementsto scale and operationalize support of the partnership ecosystem with client’s Product and Engineering teams.

Partner with Sales, Marketing and Partner organizations
o Ensure commercial obligations are understood and achievable
o Involvement in Partner selection and training process, as required
o Identify updates required to existing Marketing/Sales collateral for Services
o Establish model for partner certification and supporting services
Skills / Requirements:
3-5 years of Partner Management, Program or Account Management experience, preferably for a SaaS-based software vendor or reseller
Skilled at effectively managing stakeholder relationships and can easily build trust and credibility with partners, peers, and C-level personnel
Strong project management and event planning/management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and on-stage presentation capabilities
Application Security industry, and/or Top tier consulting experience preferred
BA/BS Business or Technical degree required; MBA preferred
Approximately 50% travel anticipated, including international
