Description:
Coordinate with Client’s IT and Business Teams to Ensure Availability of Contact Center Applications in Production Environment by resolving Incident or Problem Tickets Raised.
Validate Fixes provided by Vendors in lower Environment before applying them to Production. Coordinate with Applicable Teams to Provide Root Cause Analysis for any Issues Reported.
Coordinate with Product Vendor during Installation, Configuration and Integration of Contact Center Applications

Must Have Skills
Cisco UCCE
Contact Center Applications
VoIP Technology

Responsibilities:
Production Support in Cisco UCCE Environment
Work along with Multiple Vendor Teams to Support the Cisco VoIP Setup
Provide Assistance to Client Manager in Ensuring the Client Environment is Up and Running
