Job Description:
Client is looking for a Sr Data Analyst that will work with client to create a clear understanding of the current state of their data, how it is used, and how it affects the ability to run their business operations. This assessment will define:
Overall quality and accuracy of current data
Identify duplicate data
Identify data used with multiple meaning
How data is used by business units
Look for key areas of improvement
Data Analyst will work with each business unit and client senior management to identify
Inventory of Current Data & Future Data Requirements
In support of the future state goals, the team will analyze the current internal and external data to identify:
Current client data assets
Perform a Gap Analysis to identify data to support Future State
Identify Potential External Data Source to close Gap
Evaluate ease of access to data via API/Web Services to support Future State
