Job Description :
Technical Skills:
Skilled in one or more programming languages in any technology.
Possesses thorough knowledge in all the phases of software development life cycle.
Working knowledge in project management procedures including scope, budget and schedule management.
Hands-on experience in estimation techniques, analyzes, and drives business requirements.
Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills.
Process Skills:
Participates in all phases of Development cycle for any data processing systems.
Participates in technical reviews on requirements, system design and test strategies.
Under limited supervision, responsible for basic project management activities of low to medium complexity IT project(s), or support more senior level project management staff for high complexity projects.
Develops / reviews Systems requirement specification document.
Reviews the HLD & LLD specifications.
Possesses knowledge on design patterns.
Basic project management activities include development and maintenance of project schedules, planning, risk monitoring and control activities, milestone tracking, status reporting, issue management, and other tasks required to effectively manage and monitor a project through to successful completion (on time, within budget, adhering to high quality standards, and meeting customer expectations Tracks project spending against budgets.
Works with customer to understand existing technical infrastructure.
Recommends system development tools, security and architectural standards.
Monitor and control of project team activities, review team activities and work products.
Drives resolution of technical issues.
Interface with production support team.
Knowledge Acquisition in respective applications/groups.
Drafts and reviews documentation and ensures all project deliverables are in compliance.
Leads project activities through meeting facilitation, managing project scope, and communicating progress.
Creates a project charter comprising detailed project plan and deliverables in consultation with customer key stakeholders and that aligns with key objectives of the project.
Conduct weekly status meetings and updates project status to customer project/program managers.
Identifies project risks and the corresponding mitigation plans and discuss them during the weekly status meetings.
Drafts and reviews documentation and ensures all project deliverables are in compliance.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
