Notes:
Experience with Supervisory Skills
Call center experience is mandatory
Office 365, Migration experience is mandatory
Previous managerial experience required
The team consists of 14 people lying on 2 floors so back and forth movement is required to ensure smooth availability
Normal timings are from 8:30 to 5 but extension is possible on a daily basis considering the seniority of the role
Only contract with Comcast (not considering any conversion to FT in future)
Phone screening followed by a F2F which will be a panel round F2F
