Job Description :
The Lead Mobile Designer is responsible for the conceptualization, design, development and implementation of mobile user experience, its underlying architecture and tool development. Designs prototypes and tests user experiences in the mobile environment.
Work closely with the Product Development, Sales/Marketing and Client Services to gather requirements, write functional specification, design code, test and implement user interfaces.
Makes usability assessments for existing and future features.
Familiarity and understanding of designing for accessibility.
Designs solutions for known usability breakdowns.
Create design prototypes.
Understand data display and manipulation.
Explore new user-experience paradigms for various interfaces.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Create mockups, storyboards, visual prototypes and flow diagrams to communicate interaction and visual design plan; document work for presentation to senior leadership.
Create design solutions using tools like Invision and Adobe Creative Cloud; understand performance and image optimization for load times.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create innovative solutions to produce high quality, innovative design for future implementations.
Apply best practice user experience and interaction design principles to all concepts to ensure consistency of user experience and accessibility across platforms and form factors.
Model “All in for Patients and Clients”, understand the latest industry trends and competitive products, to improve overall member and advocate experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
8 - 12 years of relevant work experience.
Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines.
Analytical, excellent communications, quick learner, self-starter.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
Strong customer service focus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with health care or PBM industry very helpful.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
