Job Title: SR Consultant (Pilgrim Software)
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 6+ Months

The Senior Consultant will be a senior member of project implementation teams responsible for implementation of Pilgrim’s SmartSolve EQMS solution for Pilgrim clients globally. The Senior Consultant should be able to provide consulting services, training, report writing, needs analysis, on-site and off-site for the customer for all of the Pilgrim products in all of the different platforms and databases as supported by Pilgrim Quality Solutions, Inc STRONG KNWOLEDGE OF SMART SOLVE TRAINING MANAGEMENT MODULE
Job Description:
Upload training related documents and maintain reports
Familiar the system administration side of the module
Keep track of people who took trainings and certification and send reminders to the ones whose trainings are expiring
SDLC Background
Keep track of the documents issued by users
GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF PILGRIM SOFTWARE PRODUCTS - smart solve
GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF TIBCO - CRYSTAL REPORTS
5+ years of experience in services in a technical field
Strong writing and communication skills (in English) Ability to conduct classroom training
Proficient problem solving ability.
Strong Pharma & LSH process knowledge
Experience with the implementation of MRP systems, LSH & Pharma manufacturing Concepts
Familiarity with ISO 9000, cGMP and FDA Regulations
Project Management certification and/or expertise
Experience in programming concepts
Experience in working with clients regarding business re-engineering
Experience with the implementation of Quality Management systems
At least 3 years of experience in sales/services in a technical field
Preferred familiarity with one of the following: LSH & pharma manufacturing processes, technology, business applications, quality management principals or ISO/QS-9000 quality standards
