Required Skills :

Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
Ability to lead discussions with Agile Transformation Leads on relevant Agile topics
5+ years’ experience in technology and working in an agile environment
Scrum Master certified (CSM)
Experience in coaching and training within the agile framework (portfolio, program, and team)
Experience in coaching and demonstrating facilitation of core agile practices including but not limited to: Kanban, Value stream mapping, Feature and story backlog prioritization and grooming, Release planning (Program Increment), Iteration/Sprint planning, Metrics (at all levels), Story distribution practices including estimation, Agile ceremonies (Scaled agile – at all levels)
Working knowledge of Quality Center/ Application Lifecycle Management
Working knowledge of Agile Central (Rally), JIRA and Version One
