Position: Network VoiceL3
Type : 6+ Months CTH
Location: Lexington, MA

Required Skills :

Prior technology VoIP implementation and support experience with Enterprise type accounts
Proven success with strategic planning, process re-engineering and project management
Able to lead and motivate groups and individuals. Able to think creatively and strategically to successfully negotiate with individuals and groups internally and externally. Able to effective manage staff, meet deadlines and tight time constraints
The candidate will set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.
Expert Level Knowledge on CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Voice gateway configurations and UCCX
Troubleshooting and configuration upgrade on Voice and Video infrastructure in the IPT environment
Managing Incidents and Technical escalations for Voice & Video Infrastructure
Design & Implement of voice and video network Infrastructures
Design and deploy necessary controls to ensure the Voice infrastructure meet service levels
Expert Knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Video systems and MCU skillset with outlook integration
Raising tickets with the vendor and co-ordinating if there is a circuit problem.
Verifying and Analyse alerts from multiple tools (HP NNM, RTMT , Cisco works)
Monitoring the IPT Health through RTMT Tool, Cisco works, HPNNM,Solarwinds Tool
Responsible for Tier2/3 Troubleshooting
Extensive experience in managing and resolving escalated major incidents in business critical environements
Able to develop sound and trusted relationship with client and operations support team
Consistently meet service levels to achieve high customer satisfaction rating
Good communication skills
CCIE – Voice/Collaboration certification Desirable
