Job Description :
On behalf of one of our large Oil & Gas clients in downtown Houston, TX 77002, Procom Services is looking for an intermediate Business Analyst for a contract opportunity.

This role is with the finance team (not IT)


This position is for Commitment and Compliance coordinator. Strong applicants will have experience with tracking and reporting stakeholder commitments and regulatory compliance data, documents, etc. in a midstream project setting. This position will report to the Houston, TX office with some travel to West Virginia to support project managers.

Core Responsibilities:

Implementation of the Project Commitment Management Program processes and policies.
The Commitment Coordinator is responsible to:
-Lead monthly commitments project management team meetings to ensure compliance is being monitored and documented across the project
- Consistently communicate commitment program goals throughout the team and facilitate feedback for program improvement
- Deliver training and onboarding and monitor effectiveness of training
- -Manage the commitment tracking database using reporting and analytics
-Ensure reporting metrics are met and data is consistent, accurate and auditable

- Excellent facilitation, communication and analytical skills (both written and verbal);
- Strong analytical, interpretive, organizational, and problem solving skills;
- Must have strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills with the ability to handle a varied and demanding workload while meeting reporting deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and senior management

Operates more independently. Decisions range from those governed by general policy to those on technical or complex issues within authorized limits. Scope of decision-making is within work assignments. Scope of recommendations span department operations. Duties: Is considered a fully qualified Business Analyst. Conducts own analysis to help the business function more effectively through findings. Develops and writes drafts of business process specifications and or can plan, analyze business practice providing expertise to senior team. Can be a project lead and is involved in matters that could have strategic importance to the function they are supporting.
