Role: Bigdata Developer
Secondary Skill Set: Core Java, Unix Shell Scripting(Must Have)
Location: Pleasanton, CA
At least 8 years of experience in Data Management projects, operational data stores and large scale implementations using Informatica platform products.
At least 8 years of experience with design, development, automation, and support of applications to extract, transform, and load data.
Ability to translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed design.
Ability to scope development projects and estimate technical work effort, dependencies, and risks.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, applied to Big Data domain
At least 1 year of experience with Informatica BDM / BDE.
At least 2+ Years on Big Data implementation project with strong understanding of underlying Hadoop concepts and distributed computing
Experience with implementation of various data integration products within Informatica product suite.
Good understanding of major Big Data components like MapReduce, HBase, Hive, Pig
Has expertise in Informatica and Hadoop distributions
Expertise on creating new data integration patterns and re-usable patterns
Expertise with integration patterns for Salesforce.
Experience working with Peoplesoft HR and Sales Force Implementations
