Skill : Oracle HMRS Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities include:
The Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Analyst will be responsible for working closely with Human Resources, Payroll, and Compensation teams to provide subject matter and configuration expertise of Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation Workbench, Workflow, and Personalization modules. This candidate will be responsible for the investigation, resolution, and explanation of system issues regarding these modules. The candidate will also evaluate, test, and work with the Infrastructure group to deploy HR/Payroll maintenance and security patches as required. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of basic SQL for troubleshooting various issues. This role requires a self-motivated and driven individual to meet the business needs of Human Resources, Time and Labor, Payroll, Employee/Manager Self Service, Performance Manage, and Oracle Advanced Benefits functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains and troubleshoots Oracle EBS modules related to Human Resources, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits functions
Understands the importance of safeguarding sensitive employee data
Provides support for production Oracle modules to determine cause of problems and coordinate successful resolution between IT, the Business, and external solution providers
Demonstrates fluency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and associated database technology
Displays working knowledge of Oracle table structures used with HRMS and related modules
Creates and maintains articulate documentation, training, and troubleshooting guides
Harnesses the power of ServiceNow to log requests and document issue resolution
Participates in user acceptance testing
Fosters favorable relationships between Vendors, Business Owners, and IT Groups
Performs impact analysis of existing solutions due to environmental/process changes
Maintain current professional and technical knowledge, contribute to team efforts, and secure client confidence to provide quality service

Consulting Skills:
Build trust with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation Functional Business representatives by understanding business concepts, issues, opportunities and language
Facilitate problem solving discussion and general communications between Business Function and IT
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements using best practices methods and tools
Assist with the post-reviews of completed project to ensure goals are met and end-users are satisfied
Develop training program for users and administrators of the system/program, if required
Projects a positive and outgoing personality that fosters camaraderie with co-workers and customers
Ability to speak & write English and Spanish, HIGHLY DESIRABLE
Fluent with SQL, REQUIRED
