Position 4: Role – Java developer with lead experience

Basic Technical Requirements
Demonstrated skills in Core Java.
Must have expert working knowledge in Spring, JSP/Servlet, XML
Knowledge of RDBMS(Oracle) and SQL tuning skills
Working knowledge on application servers JBoss/WebSphere.
It is nice to have knowledge Java 7, SOAP, Web Services, J2EE, GIT & Maven.
Desirable Skills
8+ years of software development/support OR comparable technical work experience.
Should be able to co-ordinate with various technical and business groups
Should be able to manage the team of 3-4 members.
Strong ability to learn existing applications quickly and to be able to make modifications to them and support them.
Good analysis and problem solving skills.
A flexible and positive work ethic along with strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers.
