Job description:
· MUST HAVE:
· 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Trainer skilled in training development and curriculum planning
· Experience developing eLearning modules using development software/technologies such as:
o Adobe Presenter
o Articulate
o Storyline
o Adobe Captivate, etc
· Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories and instructional design models
· Working knowledge of at least one LMS
· Experience developing storyboards
· Experience with visual design software such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
· Experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts
· NICE TO HAVE:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or certification in instructional design, educational
technology or similar subject area
· Experience with SharePoint LMS
