Requirement Description:
- Control-M application software Installation, Configuration, and Deployment.
- Manage CONTROL-M Servers/agents using CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager and CCM.
- Install and manage Control-M modules. Example: Control-M for Databases, Control-M for SSIS, Control-M for Informatica.
- Control-M Server/Agent monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Application Developers in analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
- Support CONTROL-M/Enterprise Manager (EM) and CONTROL-M Server maintenance.
- Create and manage Host Groups.
- Working with Application Developers to perform analysis and recommendations on new workflows identified for scheduling.
- Deployment of Worklfows in development, QA and Production Control-M Environments and assist developers in performing functional and user acceptance tests.
-Respond to SNOW tickets for requests requiring updates to existing Control-M Workflows.
-Create and maintain Production Control runbook, escalation and procedures documentation.
-Responsible for all activities related to the "On-Call Job Scheduler" when scheduled. Activities include the prompt evaluation of critical Service Requests, Alerts, Scheduling Failures and the execution of any appropriate action required to address the issue.
- Participates in disaster recovery and business continuity tests by performing documented recovery procedures and troubleshooting issues that may be encountered. Support the design and implementation of high availability monitoring solutions.

Job Requirements:
Experience with design and implementation of high availability Workload Automation (Batch Processing) environments, System administration, Monitoring, and scheduling for Control-M enterprise scheduler.
Analysis, Design, application job scheduling.
Experience in Control-M or other batch job scheduling, job implementation.
Scripting and monitoring of schedules.
Maintain large infrastructure to be highly available, productive environment for business and technical application.
Perform Control-M Administrator/Manager functions to include code, testing and implementation and maintain Control-M architectures.
Perform analysis on system performance, recommend configuration changes and participate in the planning activities to schedule.
Create process for Control-M version upgrades.
Provide Level 2, 3 technical resolutions for Linux, Control-M related problems.
Experience with Incident, Problem, change and user support management.
