Position: SAP Procurement Functional Analyst

B. SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - Procurement
The SAP Functional Analyst) will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: a. Development of a Project Plan for the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Certification Program
b. Will lead the requirement gathering and integration of Supplier Self-Service and SRM procurement processes.
c. Responsible for coordinating meetings with the various stakeholders
d. Responsible for leading the configuration of the SBE Certification and integration with SRM Procurement Functionalities and not limited to the following processes: i. Supplier Self-Registration
ii. Small Business Enterprise Certification and Renewal
iii. Vendor Replication to ECC and SRM
iv. Capturing SBE Sub-Contractors
v. Identifying SBEs as part of the bidding process
e. Ensure the development of reporting capabilities that capture and track SBE activities including, but not limited to, funds awarded to SBEs; types of contracts awarded to SBEs (ability to identify specific streamlined ordering tools); product categories (NAICS codes); valid certification dates (include expiration)
f. Responsible for identifying Risks and Issues that will impact the project deadlines
g. Fit Gap Analysis
h. Provide Guidance in testing and development of test cases
i. Manage the User Acceptance Testing
j. Write new and update existing functional specifications to support the SBE Certification and Integration with SRM Procurement Functionalities
k. Manage the cut over activities for the SBE Certification Program
l. Provide Knowledge Transfer to the IT Production Support Staff
m. Support defect resolution for all phases of testing
n. Other duties as assigned
