Job Description :
1) Support existing AEM/Scene 7 implementation as the enterprise CMS (break/fix)
2) Build net new capabilities for existing and additional channels
3) Bring other websites under the AEM umbrella (migration of content/addition of capabilities)
4) Serve as a point of contact for the development team, lead and guide technical work of others (working in conjunction with Business Systems Analysts, QA teams, domain architects, etc
5) Manage and implement upgrade path strategies
6) Own the implementation and administration of existing and future instances (i.e., configure AIX servers for complex tasks such as clustering, replication, apache/dispatcher, backup, etc., experience in mode configurations)
7) Support proactive monitoring and issue resolution; identify and address technology gaps
8) Maintain multiple AEM instances/modules with their end-to-end configurations (where IBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS) is the glass)
9) Perform release management activities for the purpose of code deployment/management
10) Solid understanding of OOTB and custom components/widgets, DAM/WCM capabilities, MSM, custom Workflows, integrations; ability to accurately estimate LOE
11) Iterate changes to the application design to support varying performance needs
