Pega Developer/Lead/Architect
Overall 10+ years of experience and 7 to 8 years of experience in Pega (PRPC)
Should have experience on both development and support projects, and also good in setting up PRPC environments
Experience in Pega 7
Should have both Pega Scrum (Agile) and SmartBPM experience
Should CSSA certified person, and LSA certification would be plus.
Knowledge in Banking domain is plus
Technical Skills:
Hands on experience in Pega frameworks. Very Good understanding of the EAI and SOA concepts. Should have working experience on Situation Layer Cake concepts and adopted the same while defining project architecture.
Well versed with class hierarchy, ruleset hierarchy, data layer, flows, flow actions, work baskets, deployment.
Strong in Integration components - Experience with SOAP and RESTful web service implementations, XML/XSD, JSON.
Should have experience on Pega UI Architecture , Styling PRPC Application, IAC (Internet Application Composer), DWA ( Direct Web Access ), Pega Version Upgrade, managing the parallel development,
Indexing, Arching & Purging, Session management, Customized logging, creating custom Guardrail, very good knowledge on SMA and System Reports (Class Dependencies, Rule Dependents, etc.,)
Strong RDBMS knowledge.
Support /Guide teams in Creation of re-usable assets, frameworks ,solution packs
